बॉयो रिलीफ पैड एक गर्म और ठंडी थेरेपी देने वाला पैड है।
बॉयो रिलीफ पैड में एक विशेष जेल को लिक्विड या जेल प्रयोग किया गया है, जोकि रासायनिक क्रिया द्वारा अपना तापमान बदल लेता है और एक थेरेपी देने के लिए तैयार हो जाता है।

(i) सबसे पहले ध्यान दें कि पैड के अंदर का जेल लिक्विड अवस्था में हो।

(ii) अब लिक्विड के अंदर आपको जो मेटल चिप दिखाई दे रही है उसे अपने अंगूठे से अंदर की साइड दबाते मोड़ दें।

(iii) अब आप देखेंगे कि पैड के अंदर रासायनिक क्रिया स्टार्ट हो चुकी है और पैड के अंदर का लिक्विड अब कठोर होना स्टार्ट हो गया है।
इस क्रिया में पैड अपनी गर्म अवस्था में भी या पूर्वावस्था में आ जाता है।

(iv) अब हम अपनी आवश्यकतानुसार बॉयो रिलीफ पैड को यूज कर सकते हैं।

(v) बॉयो रिलीफ पैड 20-25 मिनट तक अपना कार्य करता है उसके पश्चात यह नॉर्मल हो जाता है।

देखिए कि हम आपको बताने हैं बॉयो रिलीफ पैड को हम अनेकों बार यूज कर सकते हैं जब तक यह डैमेज नहीं होता।

(i) बॉयो रिलीफ पैड को नॉर्मल होने के बाद हम किसी बर्तन में रखेंगे फिर उस बर्तन को पानी से भर देंगे।

(ii) अब पानी को 6-10 मिनट तक उबालेंगे।

(iii) हमें पानी को तब तक उबालना है जब तक पैड की कठोरता फिर से लिक्विड अवस्था में न आ जाए।

(iv) उबालने के बाद एक बात का विशेष ध्यान रखें कि पैड के अंदर कोई अल-क्रिस्टल शेष न रह जाए अगर है तो चेक करके इसे पुनः फिर उबालें।

(v) ये सभी प्रक्रिया होने के बाद इस प्रकार हम बॉयो रिलीफ पैड का बार-2 उपयोग कर सकते हैं।

ठंडी थेरेपी कैसे लें →

जिस तरह हम बॉयो रिलीफ पैड से गर्म थेरेपी लेते हैं, उसी प्रकार हम आइस-क्यूब की बजाय पैड से ही ठंडी थेरेपी ले सकते हैं।

(i) इसके लिए आपको कोई चिप एक्टिवेट करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

(ii) इस थेरेपी को एक्टिवेट करने के लिए सबसे पहले हमें अपना पैड फ्रीजर के अंदर रखना है।

(iii) 20-25 मिनट रखने के बाद इसे बाहर निकालें।

(iv) अब हम पैड को यूज कर सकते हैं।

(i) ठंडी थेरेपी के बाद पैड को उबालना नहीं है, यह अपनी आप नॉर्मल हो जाता है।

(ii) पैड को फटने या लीक होने से बचाना है क्योंकि इसके बाद यह काम नहीं करेगा।

✦ How to Activate the Bio Relief Pad →

(i)

First, ensure that the gel inside the pad is in liquid form.

(ii)

Inside the liquid, you will see a small metal chip.
Press and bend the chip inward using your thumb.

(iii)

You will now notice that a chemical reaction has started inside the pad, and the liquid will begin turning solid.
During this process, the pad also becomes warm and reaches its active state.

(iv)

Now the Bio Relief Pad is ready to use as needed.

(v)

The Bio Relief Pad works for about 20–25 minutes, after which it gradually returns to normal.

✦ How to Reuse the Bio Relief Pad →

The Bio Relief Pad can be reused many times unless it gets damaged.

(i)

After the pad returns to its normal state, place it in a vessel and fill the vessel with water.

(ii)

Boil the water for about 6–10 minutes.

(iii)

Continue boiling until the hardened gel inside the pad turns back into liquid form.

(iv)

After boiling, make sure no crystals remain inside the pad.
If crystals are still present, boil it again.

(v)

After completing this process, the Bio Relief Pad can be reused multiple times.

✦ How to Take Cold Therapy →

Just as the Bio Relief Pad is used for hot therapy, it can also be used for cold therapy instead of ice cubes.

(i)

For cold therapy, there is no need to activate the metal chip.

(ii)

To activate cold therapy, place the pad inside a freezer.

(iii)

Remove it after keeping it in the freezer for about 20–25 minutes.

(iv)

The pad is now ready to use.

After cold therapy, the pad should not be boiled.
It will automatically return to normal temperature on its own.

(ii)

Protect the pad from tearing or leaking, otherwise it will stop working.

(iii)
